Withdrawal

Withdrawal is taking away from a particular place, here we are talking about taking money from Wallet. Withdraw gives the information of Money Withdrawal from the Wallet either Cash or Electronic both Paid and Pending. Admin should always have to check pay withdrawal & paid withdrawal confirming that all pending if accepted has been approved, confirmed & paid. This will be eventually shown in paid withdrawal. In order to make the merchandising process smooth without any delays, it has to be manually approved if accepted from Admin Backoffice.

Withdraw gives the information of Money Withdrawal from the Wallet either Cash or Electronic both Paid & Pending.

Generate Withdrawal Report using Print, Copy, PDF, Excel, CSV for both Pending & Paid.

PENDING WITHDRAWAL

Pending Withdrawal is the money both cash or electronic that has been withdrawn as per User’s request from their available Wallet Account but not completed the process in receiving the Money to their Withdrawal Payment Option Account set from Admin based on the Business Plan. It has to be approved by Admin manually from Admin Backoffice.

Details of Withdrawal Pending can be seen using Pending at the Top with Name, Amount, Wallet, Account Type, Account Details, Requested Date with Time & Option. Admin has to Manually Accept the Withdrawal by Choosing  PAY under Option and once confirmed it will be Paid or Cancel to undo the Action of Withdrawal. This Approval Changes the Status Pending to Paid and shown under Paid Details by Choosing Paid.

Name gives the name under which the Withdrawal request has been made in the Organization shown under Pending Withdrawal.

Amount gives the value of money requested by the User/ Distributor for withdrawal showing under Pending Withdrawal.

Wallet shows the type either cash or electronic for withdrawal  shown under pending withdrawal.

Account Type gives the Mode of Withdrawal Payment like bank wire or credit card &  more showing under pending withdrawal.

Account Details give the details of withdrawal Account mentioned under Account Type with Bank Name, Bank Swiftcode, Account Number, Account Name, Account Address showing under pending withdrawal. This details shown will vary according to the Withdrawal Account.

Requested Date will display the Date with Time on which Withdrawal Money has been requested by User shown under Pending Withdrawal.

Option under pending withdrawal will be shown as Pay meant that it has to be approved manually by the Admin from Admin Backoffice. Till then it will be shown under Pending Withdrawal only and the money won’t be withdrawn & received as per Users’ request. User will be shown as incomplete or pending or processing & more  based on status till it is approved by Admin & confirmed in changing the status from pay to paid.

PAID WITHDRAWAL

Details of Paid Withdrawal can be seen using Paid at the Top with Name, Amount, Wallet, Account Type, Account Details, Requested Date with Time & Option. After the approval & confirmation by Admin Manually Choosing PAY under Option in pending withdrawal page it will be shown as Paid now in paid withdrawal page. Paid under Option also will be reflected for the User with Paid Status as Completed Process.
