The dashboard provides you with a Synopsis of Significant pieces of information that are taking place in your day to day Business like Reports, BI Reports, Weekly Income, Products Sold, Point Value, New Enrollment, Sales Stats, Total Revenue, Order Status Report, Sales Analysis, Weekly Sales, Quick Details, Top Products, Top Performers, Statistics of Sales, Total Sales & Enrollment, Sales by Country, Finance Summary, Recent Activities, Recently Joined Distributors, Support Tickets, Product Sales, Tasks, Best Buyers by Total, Quantity, Recent Notifications, Event Calendar, Message, Group Chat between Admin and Users Respectively.
Data Figures
Weekly Income, Product Sold, Point Value, New Enrolment, Sales Stats, Total Revenue, Order Status Report & Finance Summary are the data details rendered as figures in Dashboard.
Weekly Income display the Business Earnings that been acquired for a weekly period in the Currency that you have opted for under Settings.
Product Sold shows the Amount in Dollars or your preferred Currency accounting for all the Products that have been sold in the Organisation.
Point Value gives the accumulated Point Value for that week.
New Enrollment provides you with the number of new members who have been enrolled for that day.
Sales Stats provides the highlight of sales in % & Currency in order to acquire the sales knowledge happening in the business.
Total Revenue highlight the Added Income of your Business from all means or sources including Sales, Commission, Registrations, and More in the preferred currency.
Order Status Report provides the position of the item that has been purchased on present-day as Processing, Completed, On-Hold & also highlighting the progress in %. Processing means the order placed by the user is in progress.
Completed means the order placed by the user is completed.
On-Hold means the order placed by the user is suspended for some reason. So Admin can make effort to proceed with processing by checking with users after knowing the reason & solving it.
Progress picture showing in % displaying how far it is in progression.
Finance Summary is the Summary of the Annual Total Income of the Business, Annual Income from Sales & Annual Profit that are displayed in your preferred Currency for a quick glance.
Data Fact
Quick Details, Recent Activities, Best Buyers By Quantity, Best Buyers By Total, Recent Notifications & Messages are the data details rendered as Facts in Dashboard.
Quick Details provides the information of the Order position as Processing, Completed, On-Hold, Pending, Count of Orders & New Customers Enrolled in last 24 hours.
Processing means the order placed by the user is in progress.
Completed means the order placed by the user is completed.
On-Hold means the order placed by the user is suspended for some reason. So Admin can make effort to proceed with processing by checking with users after knowing the reason & solving it.
Pending means, the order placed by the user is still not completed due to various reasons like admin approval, errors, payment delays & more.
Recent Activities show the details of all the Activities in your Business with Username, IP address, Date & their Activities like Logged in, Following in Social Media and More.
Username is the name of the user given under this field during registration who has done recent activity in the organization.
The IP address is a unique string of characters that identifies each computer using the Internet Protocol to communicate over a network for that user who involved in recent activities.
The date shows the date on which the user has done recent activity in the organization.
Activities provide the description of the details why or what the user has done the recent activity for like login, registration, etc.
Following in Social Media display the details of which social media the user has involved in the recent activity of what and why for such as Facebook feed, Twitter, and more.
Best Buyers By Quantity give the details of the Best Buyers like First Name, DOJ-Date of Join & Quantity of Products.
First Name is the first name of the user or distributor who bought the products with high volume.
DOJ is the Date on which the user joined into the network.
Quantity of Products is the volume of the items bought by that user which qualifies the user as best buyer by quantity.
Best Buyers By Total give the details of the Best Buyers like First Name, DOJ & Total Amount of the Product bought.
First Name is the first name of the user or distributor who bought the products with high sum.
DOJ is the Date on which the user joined into the network.
Total Amount of the Product is the sum of value of the item purchased by the user which qualifies them as best buyer by total.
Recent Notifications gives you the Notifications of the Activities happened recently like New Registration, New Tickets Received and more. So based on the Notifications will lead you to the respective information which gives you quick access to comprehend.
Registration View will take you to the User or. Distributor Page who have enrolled into the network recently with complete user information. New Ticket Received View will take you to the Ticket Center from where you can look into the recently raised Ticket Content in Depth and act upon it swiftly.
The message is the Section where it displays the information of the new messages of the email received with the Username and can be looked at it in detail upon clicking it by Admin.
Username is the name of the user given under this field during registration from whom the email message been received. Choosing the Username will lead you to the Message Centre from where can see the information of the email content and can reply quickly to it.
Message Centre is the place from where Admin can send messages to the Users, view sent messages from distributors or users & can reply for the received messages if required.
Tabular Data
Recently joined distributors & Top Products are the data details rendered in Dashboard Tabular View.
Recently Joined Distributors are the Distributors who have joined recently will be shown in a Tabular Form with details of the Distributor Name, Plan, Email ID, DOJ is the Date of Join, Phone Number & Status either Active or not & can be scrolled using Scroll Bar.
Distributor Name is the name of the user or distributor who have recently joined into the Network.
Plan is the detail of the network which the user been enrolled into.
Email ID is the Email Address of the recently joined user.
DOJ is the Date on which the user joined into the network.
Phone Number is the contact number of the recently joined user.
Status is the position of recently joined user either Active or Suspend.
Top Products gives you an idea of the Products that been sold on demand or more popular among the users in order to stock it sufficiently . Top Item, Description of the Product, Availability of the product , how many been sold and how much it earned like Total Sales.
Top Products shows the detail of the Product Name, Product Availability, Total Sales of the Product & Total Count of the Product Sold.
Product detail the Product Category that are sold on high demand.
Product Availability give the status of the availability of that Top Product.
Total Sales is the Total Amount made in Sales for that Top Product.
Product Sold detail the count of the Product that are sold in that Top Product Category.
Graphical Data
Sales Analysis, Weekly Sales, Statistics& Sales Stats are the data details depicted in graphical form.
Sales Analysis is mining your data to evaluate the performance of your sales team against its goals by providing insights about the top performing products/services, sales forecasting, and sales activities that generate revenue.
Sales Analysis Dashboard shows the with Order Count for Present day, Current Month & Weekly in a Graphical Representation.
Weekly Sales of Total Income & Total Shop Income will be displayed in a Graphical View.
Total Income is the sum of value earned in the organization through all sources in preferred Currency for the period of a week.
Total Shop Income is the sum of value earned through shop in the organization in preferred Currency for the period of a week.
Statistics gives the Total Sales & Total Enrollment for a Monthly period in a Graphical View. Thus enables the Admin to have a glance of Newly Enrolled Member and Sales for any particular Month.
Sales Stats shows the Graphical View of the Sales done & Products Order on the Previous Month in preferred Currency
Number of Sales gives the number of sales & the value of sales in preferred currency done in previous month.
Product Orders gives the number of orders & the value of orders in preferred currency done in previous month.
Pictorial Data
Top performers, Sales by Country & Support Tickets are the data details rendered in Pictorial View.
Top Performers are the Users who has done quite well in the organization with more revenue through sales, referrals, commissions & More. This gives the glimpse of Top Distributors with their rank, username, image, date in the Dashboard which can be scrolled through that Top Performers Section using the Scroll bar next to it which is very handy.
Selecting the Performer/ Distributor will take you to that particular Distributor in detail if required.
Top Performers shows the details of Users who have positioned at the Top in Earnings with their details & rank or award based on the plan.
Username is the name of the user given under this field during registration who comes under Top Performers.
Image is the avatar or picture of the user shown under this field during registration or updated in profile settings who comes under Top Performers.
Date and Time display the date with time who comes under Top Performers.
Sales by Country depicts the Sales in Demographical View enabling the Admin to comprehend the Country from where most Sales happening or where the demand/less demand is for the Product & making them focus on that particular Market Location.
View Full Report Selection will take you to the Report of the Sales by Country Details and can procure the elaborate information of Username, Amount & Country. Export in PDF, CSV, Excel, Copied & Print also available.
Support Tickets display the details of the Tickets that has been raised by the User with his username, image, date with time & Status. So that it would be easy for the Admin to act upon by knowing from the Dashboard itself for sorting out the issues swiftly.
Username is the name of the user given under this field during registration who raised the Ticket.
Image is the avatar or picture of the user shown under this field during registration or updated in profile settings who raised the Ticket.
Date and Time display the date with time on which the ticket been raised by the user for that username and image.
Ticket Status provide the position of the ticket raised by the user whether its been closed, new or pending.
Group Chat
Group chat is similar to chat features giving the ability to send instant messages between Admin & Users or Distributors in an Organization. Group Chat enables the ability to chat with multiple people & can dynamically share information and ideas.
Group Chat Structures team-based conversations without slowing the flow of information like more traditional forms of communication such as email and office memos. The feature can make a big difference if your company needs to make decisions rapidly, or if your team needs to maintain a record of decision-points in a rapidly changing environment.
Group Chat in the Dashboard enhances the good communication and relationship between the Admin & Distributors which are vital for business growth.
Group Chat which enables the Conversation shared between Admin and all Users/ Distributors will be very useful if needed to share any informations between all Users at the same time. Type in the what you want to share from Admin using Arrow Circle Icon for sending & will be shown for all the Users. Using Scroll Bar can be viewed through the Group Chat.
Task
Task in Dashboard resembles Kanban board to manage work at a personal or organizational level by Admin. Task visually depict work at various stages of a process to represent work items and columns to represent each stage of the process.
Tasks can be categorised under To Do, Working & Done. Based on the Tasks, it is easy to identify the Tasks that are to be done and working towards achieving it after going through Working and Done Phase of Tasks.
To Do shows the Tasks that has to be done in the coming days which are yet to complete.
Working shows the Tasks that are in progress & soon be completed.
Done shows the Tasks that are finished & completed.
Tasks are Color Coded in blue, yellow & green. This is very helpful in distinguishing the works to do/working/done & effective in finishing it completely on time.
Blue Task shows the Tasks in To Do Category.
Yellow Task shows the Tasks in Working Category.
Green Task shows the Tasks in Done Category.
